Foxx’s daughter first announced the medical scare in April 2023 while he was in Atlanta shooting a Netflix movie. She assured fans that due to quick action and good care, her father was on his way to recovery. In his recent video, Foxx revealed that he had a cortisone shot to try to treat his condition, but a second doctor discovered something more serious. Despite facing a difficult road to recovery, the “Ray” actor expressed gratitude for being able to work again.
