Man caught on camera charged with engaging in bestiality with mother’s horse

A 21-year-old man from Phoenix, Arizona, Kenneth Sellner, was arrested and charged with bestiality after his mother caught him on surveillance footage engaging in sexual acts with her horse. Sellner’s mother had asked him to clean the horse stalls while she was on vacation, but when she reviewed the security cameras, she saw him touching and rubbing the horse’s genitals on his bare body. Sellner initially claimed he was just cleaning the horse, but his mother found no evidence of that. She reported the incidents to the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office and provided the footage as evidence, which confirmed that Sellner had committed bestiality on two separate occasions. Sellner was located at a friend’s apartment and taken into custody, where he admitted to touching the horse’s genitals, claiming they were “flaky” and that “one thing led to another.” He was subsequently booked at the Maricopa County Jail and is facing two counts of bestiality charges. Sheriff Russ Skinner condemned the crime as “beyond reprehensible” and commended detectives for swiftly removing the predator from society. This incident serves as a reminder to always report criminal behavior, regardless of the perpetrator. The case is being covered by Ahjané Forbes, a reporter on the National Trending Team at USA TODAY, who covers a range of topics including breaking news, crime, health, and public policy.
