Months after U.S. Air Force senior airman Roger Fortson was fatally shot by a Florida deputy, his 16-year-old brother, Andre Fortson, was also killed in a shooting in Georgia. Andre was shot at an apartment complex in DeKalb County, just east of Atlanta, and the suspected shooter, Quintavious Zellner, was arrested and charged with aggravated assault.
