As Biden fine-tunes his speech for the convention, White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre noted that the president is in good spirits. Meanwhile, Donald Trump made a campaign stop in Pennsylvania, emphasizing the importance of American workers for the country’s future. Kamala Harris proposed raising the corporate tax rate to 28% as part of her economic plan.
