Ben Affleck felt uncomfortable being Jennifer Lopez’s muse

Jennifer Lopez recently released a self-financed $20 million three-part multimedia project that delved into her experience as a serial romantic. The project, titled “The Greatest Love Story Never Told,” included a documentary, an album titled “This Is Me … Now,” and a musical movie. While Lopez was open about sharing intimate details of her life, her husband Ben Affleck was more cautious. Affleck, who supported the project, was hesitant to share behind-closed-doors information with the public.

In the past, Affleck had been cautious about sharing personal details of his relationships with the world for the sake of privacy. However, he made an exception for Lopez’s project, where he spoke about her search for love and acceptance, which he believed stemmed from childhood neglect. Despite his support, Lopez filed for divorce from Affleck on the anniversary of their second wedding, citing April 26, 2024, as the date of separation.

This divorce will mark the fourth for Lopez, who was previously married to Ojani Noa, Cris Judd, and Marc Anthony. Affleck was previously married to Jennifer Garner. As they navigate through the divorce process, Lopez and Affleck reportedly did not sign a prenuptial agreement, meaning their assets during their union are considered community property. Lopez did not request spousal support and asked the judge not to award Affleck support either.

While they were together, Lopez and Affleck showcased a public relationship full of kisses and affection. However, as they go their separate ways, they will each continue focusing on their respective careers and personal lives beyond their highly publicized relationship.
