Jasveen Sangha, also known as “The Ketamine Queen,” has been arrested in connection with the death of actor Matthew Perry. Allegations suggest that she referred to Perry as his iconic “Friends” character, Chandler, when discussing his ketamine use. Sangha and Erik Fleming, among others, have been charged in connection with Perry’s death.
