Rock band TV on the Radio is gearing up for their first tour in five years and celebrating the 20th anniversary of their debut album “Desperate Youth” by re-releasing it with five new tracks. The tour includes 10 shows in New York City, Los Angeles, and London, kicking off on November 25 at Webster Hall in NYC and concluding on December 12 at Islington Assembly Hall in London. Fans can sign up for presale tickets starting on September 10th. The band’s last album was “Seeds” released in 2014, and they last performed live in 2019. TV on the Radio was formed in Brooklyn in 2001 and is known for critical successes with albums like “Return to Cookie Mountain” and “Dear Science.” The band members include Babatunde Adebimpe, David Andrew Sitek, Kyp Malone, and Jaleel Bunton, with former member Gerard Smith who tragically passed away in 2011.
