Countries like Lithuania, France, Luxembourg, Malta, Romania, Slovenia, Spain, and the United Kingdom are hosting a variety of activities, including guided tours, exhibitions, and festivals. In Malta, the Notte Bianca festival transforms Valletta into a vibrant celebration of arts and culture. In Romania, the focus is on ‘Cultural Corridors: European Routes of Heritage Objectives’, exploring connections between people, goods, and ideas since pre-historic times.
In the UK, Doors Open Days in Scotland allow visitors to explore historic buildings and landmarks, reflecting on connections between different cultures and communities. In Spain, events focus on intercultural dialogue, physical and digital connections, and the influence of people and ideas on architecture, food, and language.
