In 2025, Delta will debut direct flights from Boston to Milan and Barcelona

Delta Air Lines has announced new nonstop flights from Boston to Milan and Barcelona set to take off in the summer of 2025. These routes are part of Delta’s largest-ever transatlantic summer schedule, with more than 700 weekly flights to 33 European destinations. The new routes are filling crucial gaps in Boston’s European market and will provide passengers with more travel opportunities.

In addition to the new routes, Delta is also introducing new direct service between Boston and Bozeman, Montana, starting in December. The airline is set to open a new Delta One lounge at Logan International Airport by next summer, providing an exclusive and luxurious setting for eligible customers. This lounge will join others at Los Angeles International Airport and Seattle-Tacoma International Airport.

Ed Freni, the director of aviation for Massport, expressed excitement about Delta’s expansion, highlighting the strengthening ties between New England and Europe. The new routes and services aim to enhance the travel experience for passengers flying to and from Boston, offering more options for both domestic and international destinations.

Overall, Delta’s new routes and lounge offerings are part of the airline’s efforts to expand its services and provide a seamless travel experience for customers. With these new additions, Boston travelers can look forward to convenient and comfortable flights to popular European destinations starting next year.
