NBC New York: Network of employees implicated in Diddy’s case may face prosecution as well

Federal prosecutors have alleged that famous rap mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs did not act alone in crimes such as bribery, threats, and sex trafficking. The indictment suggests that Combs had a network of employees who assisted him in carrying out these illegal activities, including security personnel, personal assistants, and high-ranking supervisors.

Former federal prosecutor Manny Medrano believes that some of these employees may make deals to testify against Combs, while others could face criminal charges themselves, depending on their level of involvement in the offenses. Some employees reportedly helped Combs procure drugs, make travel arrangements for victims, and pay sex workers to participate in his “freak-off” parties.

It is suggested that Combs may not have been the only famous person involved in these activities, as U.S. Attorney Damian Williams detailed charges against him that included sex trafficking, arson, and racketeering. Multiple property searches yielded evidence such as videos of abuse, weapons, and personal lubricants.

While Combs’ defense attorney may argue that the women participated voluntarily in these events, Medrano believes that if any coercion is found to have occurred, Combs could face a lengthy prison sentence. Overall, the case against Combs seems to be expanding to include a network of employees and potentially other high-profile individuals involved in these crimes.
