In a thrilling game on Tuesday night, the Boston Red Sox rallied past the Toronto Blue Jays with a 6-5 victory in the 10th inning. Trevor Story’s tiebreaking double was the highlight of a three-run 10th inning that secured the win for the Red Sox. Vaughn Grissom also played a pivotal role, reaching base four times and contributing both a run and an RBI.

Boston had trailed 3-0 after six innings but managed to claw their way back into the game, scoring two runs in the seventh and tying it up in the eighth before pulling ahead in the 10th. Chris Martin was crucial on the mound, pitching a scoreless ninth inning to secure the win.

The Blue Jays fought hard to stay in the game, with Leo Jiménez cutting the deficit to 6-4 in the bottom of the 10th. The game ended with Chase Shugart getting Alejandro Kirk to pop up, securing his first career save.

This victory marked the fourth straight win for the Red Sox, who have dominated the Blue Jays in their five home meetings this season. Toronto, on the other hand, has lost five straight games.

The Red Sox will look to take their winning streak further as they gear up to face the Blue Jays in the series finale, with Kevin Gausman and Richard Fitts set to take the mound in the next game.
