Two people are believed to have been in a small plane that crashed into Utah Lake near Provo Airport. The crash was reported around 10 a.m. local time and authorities do not believe the occupants survived based on the video of the crash. The plane is currently submerged under eight and a half feet of water, and efforts are being made to recover it from the lake. Investigators, including the National Transportation Safety Board, are looking into the cause of the crash. The plane has been identified as a Cirrus SR22.
