LOS ANGELES (AP) — Music meets sports as Lil Wayne, GloRilla, and Camila Cabello prepare to take the stage in an exciting concert series leading up to the College Football Playoff National Championship game. The event, known as the AT&T Playoff Playlist Live!, will occur over two nights, starting on January 18, 2024, at the State Farm Arena in Atlanta.
The concert series is positioned as the perfect kickoff to the championship weekend, which coincides with the presidential inauguration and the Martin Luther King Jr. holiday on January 20. Mark Wright, vice president of media services and sponsorships at AT&T, expressed enthusiasm for this year’s star-studded lineup, emphasizing the event’s role in creating memorable experiences as sports and music unite.
The first night, January 18, will feature performances by Lil Wayne and GloRilla. The following night, January 19, will showcase Camila Cabello, alongside rising stars Myles Smith and Knox. Additionally, country music artists Kane Brown and Ashley Cooke will perform at the Allstate Championship Tailgate on game day, enhancing the celebratory atmosphere outside the Mercedes-Benz Stadium.
Championship game ticket holders will have exclusive access to the tailgate concert, further enriching their game day experience. Tickets for the Playoff Playlist Live! series will be available starting November 25 at 10 a.m. ET.
In previous years, the concert series has hosted notable artists including Lenny Kravitz, Jack Harlow, and Usher, ensuring a vibrant mix of entertainment perfectly tailored to fans.
