The New England Patriots have made changes to their practice squad after their 10th loss of the season. The team signed defensive end Truman Jones and linebacker Andrew Parker Jr., while releasing guard Michael Jordan and linebacker Joe Giles-Harris. Jordan, who started 11 games at left guard, had a poor offensive grade and allowed numerous pressures. Rookie Layden Robinson took over at left guard in Week 13 and impressed coach Jerod Mayo.
Giles-Harris, who played on special teams, was also released. In their place, the Patriots added Jones, who played at Harvard and has been with the Chiefs, and Parker, an undrafted player from Appalachian State. They join a group of players on the practice squad that includes OLB Keshawn Banks, CB Miles Battle, G Liam Fornadel, and others. These moves reflect the team’s efforts to address issues and improve performance in the latter part of the season.
