In Saturday’s semi-final of Strictly Come Dancing, JB Gill topped the leaderboard after impressing the judges with his salsa routine. Tasha Ghouri followed closely behind in second place, with Sarah Hadland in third. Pete Wicks found himself at the bottom of the leaderboard, with Chris McCausland just above him.
Viewers were entertained by a range of performances, with JB’s salsa and Tasha’s waltz being praised as the best dances of the night. Pete’s faltering foxtrot was deemed the worst dance by the judges.
The evening also saw musical guests Raye and Becky Hill perform, as well as Wallace and Gromit making a special appearance to read out the voting terms and conditions.
Dance enthusiasts took to social media to share their thoughts on the performances, with many praising the contestants for their dedication and improvement throughout the competition.
As the night came to a close, viewers were encouraged to tune in to the results show on Sunday at 7.20pm on BBC1 to find out who will make it to the final. Stick around for analysis, reactions, and a roundup of viewer comments. And remember, as Claudia Winkleman says, “Keeeeeep dancing!”
