Boston Police have identified the victim of a fatal shooting in Dorchester as 37-year-old Keith Cousin from Bayonne, New Jersey. Cousin was found with multiple gunshot wounds and pronounced dead at the scene on Devon St. Two suspects, Darius Powell and Daiquan Miller, were arrested following the incident and charged with unlawful firearm possession and possession of a large capacity feeding device. The suspects were apprehended after a foot chase near the shooting site, and two guns were found during a search of the area. Despite the arrests, neither Powell nor Miller are currently charged with killing Cousin. The police are investigating the relationship between the suspects and the victim, and have not confirmed if the charges are related to the fatal shooting. The incident is still under investigation and anyone with information is encouraged to come forward.
