Latin Academy’s Jack Shapiro had an impressive game in a 13-0 victory over Nantucket, hitting two home runs and driving in five runs. In another close match, Dover-Sherborn edged Needham 5-4 with strong pitching from Jackson Shusda and Ronan Sullivan. Malden also dominated with an 11-1 win over Salem Academy, led by Ryan McMahon’s stellar performance on the mound and at the plate.
In softball, Gianna Richardson helped Randolph to a 14-2 win over Mashpee, while Hanover defeated Plymouth North 7-3 thanks to Noey Giardina’s strong hitting. Abington blanked Pembroke 4-0 with standout performances from Malia Goldberg and Elsie Testa.
In girls lacrosse, Medfield dominated Medway 20-8 with Maeve Kelly and Kendall Herrick leading the scoring. Westwood also had a strong game with an 18-2 win over Ashland, thanks to Emilie DeMaio’s five goals and an assist.
In boys lacrosse, Apponequet defeated Dartmouth 13-8 with Kenny Wisniewski scoring six goals. North Andover narrowly edged out Lexington 11-10 with four goals each from Trey Kean and Matt Donovan.
