Shooting Incident Claims Life of 20-Year-Old in Chelsea
Chelsea, MA – In a tragic incident early Saturday morning, a 20-year-old man was shot and killed, prompting an immediate response from local law enforcement. Police arrived at the scene near 40 Watts St. around 12:30 a.m. after receiving reports of gunfire. Upon arrival, officers discovered the young man suffering from a critical gunshot wound. Despite swift life-saving measures, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
The Chelsea Police Department is actively investigating the shooting, with support from Massachusetts State Police detectives assigned to the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office.
