Kneecap Faces Backlash Over Controversial Performance at Coachella
Irish hip-hop group Kneecap is at the center of a heated controversy following their politically charged performance at Coachella, where they advocated for Palestinian liberation and criticized Israel. During their set, which took place last Friday, the band delivered messages including “Free Palestine” and “F—k Israel,” while also condemning U.S. military support for Israel.
Sharon Osbourne, TV personality and wife of rock legend Ozzy Osbourne, took to social media to voice her disapproval, claiming the group’s performance included hate speech and projected anti-Israel sentiments.
