Testimony Continues in Karen Read’s Murder Retrial
Dedham, MA – April 30, 2025: The murder retrial of Karen Read resumed Wednesday, focusing on the discovery of Boston Police Officer John O’Keefe’s body on January 29, 2022. Key witness Jennifer McCabe recounted the pivotal moments leading to O’Keefe’s tragic passing. During the search for O’Keefe, McCabe described Read as "hysterical," repeatedly questioning whether she could have hit him with her SUV.
