In yesterday’s lineup of high school sports, several teams delivered impressive performances across various competitions, showcasing talent and determination.
Baseball Highlights: Notably, Saint John’s High School (Shrewsbury) edged past Chelmsford High School with a close score of 4-3. Ludlow High School dominated South Hadley High School with a strong 13-1 victory. Other significant matches included Springfield International Charter School beating Smith Vocational High School 12-9 and Westfield Technical Academy overcoming St. Mary 10-7.
Lacrosse Results: In boys lacrosse, Needham High School triumphed over Wellesley High School with a final score of 15-10. Longmeadow High School also secured a 16-8 win against Pinkerton Academy.
