Residents of The Cove in Worcester Enjoy Front-Row Access to Baseball with Luxe Living
WORCESTER, MA — For Amber and Michael Casali, moving into The Cove isn’t just about upscale living; it’s about their love for baseball. “We specifically chose The Cove over other luxury apartments because of the WooSox,” Amber shares, noting their apartment’s prime view of Polar Park, home to the Worcester Red Sox—formerly the Pawtucket Red Sox.
The Casalis relocated from Holden to Worcester in March, drawn by The Cove’s recent construction and fantastic baseball ambiance. “We practically live in the outfield,” Amber quips, enjoying the pre-game atmosphere right from their living room. Despite the occasional bright park lights and Friday night fireworks, she describes the experience as thrilling rather than bothersome.
The Cove, located at 85 Green St., was developed at a cost of $76 million and offers 173 mixed-use units, including studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments with stunning stadium views. Rent ranges from $2,200 to $4,300 per month. The complex boasts various amenities, including outdoor lounges, a fitness center, and proximity to a new pizza restaurant and bowling alley.
Residents are enthusiastic about their new community. Michael Ball, who moved from Rutland, appreciates the city vibe, declaring, “I love all the noise!” For Sofia Robinson, the balance of accessibility and safety drew her to The Cove. She finds joy in the fireworks, which she sees as a reason to celebrate with friends.
Senior property manager Karissa Montanaro highlights the baseball-loving residents who relish the unique experience of enjoying games and fireworks from home. As baseball season heats up, residents are eager for more vibrant community events and the distinct charm that The Cove offers—a luxurious lifestyle intertwined with America’s favorite pastime.
