Philadelphia Bands Light Up Boston Calling’s Final Day
BOSTON, MA – The Boston Calling music festival concluded its Memorial Day weekend with an electrifying performance from two Philadelphia bands on the Green Stage. Kicking off Day 3, the soul and funk alternative band SNACKTIME captivated the audience with their diverse instrumentation and energetic presence at 1:30 p.m. The group, which originated from playing free shows in their hometown five years ago, delivered a riveting half-hour set that set the tone for the day’s festivities.
Following SNACKTIME, indie rock band Mo Lowda & the Humble took the stage at 2:10 p.m. Known for their catchy songs like “Beachtown,” Mo Lowda has been a staple in the music scene for over a decade.
