Since coming out as a lesbian in 2021, Siwa found new clarity through her romance with "Big Brother UK" castmate Chris Hughes. Following her split from Australian influencer Kath Ebbs, Siwa feels more content than ever at 22. She shared, “I feel so relaxed and at ease with where I’m at,” and highlighted the authenticity of her feelings for Hughes, stating, "I’ve never second-guessed my happiness." Siwa described her joy in their relationship, saying, “When I think about him, I’m full of pure joy.”
Beyond matters of the heart, Siwa is making a difference in the world through her partnership with the NMDP Registry, an organization focused on connecting blood stem cell donors with patients battling blood cancers and disorders. “To think that you could save somebody’s life is a fascinating thought,” she noted, stressing the importance of having registered donors.
