Further financial insights from the disclosure showed that Trump’s Mar-a-Lago club alone brought in over $50 million, while a property in Dubai contributed around $15,000 in licensing fees. Royalty payments linked to various products brought in substantial sums: $3 million from a coffee table book “Save America,” $2.5 million from Trump Sneakers and Fragrances, and additional revenues from The Greenwood Bible and a guitar associated with his presidency.
Moreover, the financial document also outlined significant liabilities, including over $50 million in damages awarded to E. Jean Carroll, who successfully sued Trump for sexual abuse and defamation.
