Scott Wolf Seeks Restraining Order Against Estranged Wife Amid Divorce Turmoil
June 25, 2023, Utah — Actor Scott Wolf, known for his role in “Party of Five,” has filed for a temporary restraining order against his estranged wife, Kelley Wolf, following a contentious divorce. The 57-year-old actor submitted the paperwork on June 24, just weeks after announcing their split after 21 years of marriage. Both Scott and his brother, Michael Wolf, provided sealed declarations as part of the legal proceedings.
The request for a restraining order comes in the wake of troubling events between the couple. Kelley, 48, was detained by police on June 13 after she reportedly made concerning statements to a family member. During the intervention, police assured her she was not being arrested but was being taken to a nearby hospital for help.
The couple’s divorce proceedings have grown increasingly tense, with Kelley claiming she was "taken against her will" during the police encounter. In an Instagram Live session, she recounted events leading to her hospitalization, revealing she felt unsafe due to her brother-in-law’s presence in their home amid their bitter split.
A 911 call made prior to her hospitalization detailed Kelley’s fears of psychological abuse and child alienation, as she expressed concerns about her children’s well-being. Law enforcement later documented a verbal dispute involving an unnamed male who alleged a past incident of assault within the household.
Despite the turmoil, Kelley recently shared a photo on social media indicating her resilience, stating she was "happier than ever."
Scott and Kelley share three children—sons Jackson, 16, and Miller, 12, as well as daughter Lucy, 11. In his divorce petition, Scott included a proposed parenting plan, now sealed, as both parties navigate this challenging chapter.
