Dylan Marlowe Addresses Concert Incident: "No Hard Feelings"
Country music star Dylan Marlowe, known for his 2023 hit "Boys Back Home," recently faced an unusual situation after performing at Country Jam in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. Following his set, Marlowe attempted to enjoy Jake Owen’s performance but was unexpectedly escorted out by security.
In a now-deleted video, Marlowe humorously noted, "Getting kicked out of a concert I just played… Good job, dude. I’m a huge threat." However, after reflecting on the incident, he took to TikTok to clarify the circumstances.
Marlowe explained that he and a friend were watching Owen from a designated area when approached by security, despite their possession of "All Access" and "Artist Credentials" passes. “This dude comes up and says we can’t be there,” Marlowe recounted. Even after showing their credentials, security insisted they relocate.
“The last thing I want to do is make a scene during Jake Owen’s set because that, to me, is disrespectful,” he remarked. After moving to another area at the security guard’s suggestion, they were again told to leave, ultimately leading to their removal by police at the guard’s request.
Marlowe admitted that tension flared, saying, "There were definitely a few heated words exchanged," but he later expressed a desire to smooth things over, stating, “To that dude, I forgive you.” He reassured fans that there are “no hard feelings” and praised the festival experience overall.
This incident highlights the often unpredictable nature of live events, showcasing Marlowe’s good-natured approach to a frustrating situation.
