Foxborough, MA – Rob Gronkowski, former star tight end of the New England Patriots, drew cheers from a packed Gillette Stadium when he made a surprise appearance at night two of Morgan Wallen’s concert. The crowd erupted as Gronkowski appeared on the video board, donning a jersey with the number 617, symbolizing Boston’s area code.

The concert featured a unique walkout segment, and Gronkowski didn’t hold back his signature flair. He handed Wallen a Patriots-themed guitar, which Wallen dramatically threw back to him. In true Gronk fashion, he spiked the guitar into the ground, leaving fans delighted.

This surprise appearances comes as Gronkowski hints at signing a one-day contract to officially retire as a Patriot. Known as one of the greatest tight ends in NFL history, Gronkowski spent his career with New England before closing out with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
