Torilena May Fields, 32, from Mount Olivet, Kentucky, was arrested after a dismembered body and cooked body parts were found at her home. She is charged with abuse of a corpse, obstructing governmental operations, and tampering with physical evidence. When police arrived, they found a dismembered body near a blood-stained mattress, with blood also on the back porch. Witnesses reported that Fields was engaging in strange behavior and casting spells. Arms, legs, and the head of the victim were removed, and multiple body parts and organs were found inside a folded mattress. Cooked human body parts were discovered in the kitchen oven. It is reported that the victim was Field’s mother. An autopsy is pending to determine the identity of the deceased. Fields is being held at the Bourbon County Detention Center and will have her arraignment on Monday. It is not known who her attorney is at this time. Police are continuing their investigation into the disturbing incident.
