Nurse, who had his 4-year-old son with him during the incident, could face up to 40 years in prison if convicted.

In California, two men died after an argument following a lane-splitting incident, while in Indiana, a man was killed in a fatal shooting. A woman in Massachusetts died after being intentionally struck by a driver involved in a road rage incident, and a 4-year-old girl was injured in Florida after shots were fired at a sedan.
