DETROIT (AP) – In a thrilling showdown on Tuesday night, Detroit Tigers’ Javier Báez secured a dramatic 10-9 victory over the Boston Red Sox with his second three-run homer in the 11th inning. This marked Báez’s first multi-homer game in Detroit, signaling a resurgence in his performance after struggling in recent seasons.
The Tigers, who lead the American League, showcased resilience throughout the game, consistently battling back to reclaim leads they lost after taking them in the first, third, fourth, and sixth innings.
